everyone has secrets, yes, even you, i guess it gives a sense of control over your life. Be it, to hide some fallacious incidents, indecent longing(admit it, you too gal), or to protect someone else, holding on to that one or few pieces of knowledge that are dear to yourself secrets eludes a certain kind of power.

But its burden can drain you. Nonetheless, there are some who welcome this burden, for its toil is precieved lesser than the anticipated strain from the release of such knowledge.

Well, the keyword here ,though, is anticipated. Anticipated or precieved consequnces are unrealized fears and often they just do not exist. Having such fears lingering about can be quite a pain. so why not just do a nike, and just do it, or more precisely just deal with it with whoever.
